At Evara Sarees, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully.

1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across all major PIN codes in India.

  • International shipping will be added soon.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom or bulk orders may take up to 3–4 business days.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an SMS/email with tracking details.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

  • Other Locations: 5–7 working days

  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 working days
    (Delays may occur during festivals, holidays, or unforeseen courier issues.)

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies for orders below ₹999.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery), if available, may attract additional handling charges.

5. Order Tracking

  • After dispatch, you can track your parcel using the courier tracking link shared via SMS/email.

  • Alternatively, use the “Track Order” option on our website.

6. Delivery Attempts & Returns

  • The courier will make up to 2 attempts for delivery.

  • If undelivered, the package will be returned to us.

  • Reshipping may require additional charges. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping fees.

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

  • If lost in transit, we will offer a full refund or replacement.

8. Address Changes

  • Address changes are possible before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, rerouting may not be possible or may incur extra charges.
