We currently ship across all major PIN codes in India.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Custom or bulk orders may take up to 3–4 business days.

Once shipped, you’ll receive an SMS/email with tracking details.
3. Delivery Timelines

Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

Other Locations: 5–7 working days

Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 working days
(Delays may occur during festivals, holidays, or unforeseen courier issues.)
4. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies for orders below ₹999.

COD (Cash on Delivery), if available, may attract additional handling charges.
5. Order Tracking

After dispatch, you can track your parcel using the courier tracking link shared via SMS/email.

Alternatively, use the “Track Order” option on our website.
6. Delivery Attempts & Returns

The courier will make up to 2 attempts for delivery.

If undelivered, the package will be returned to us.

Reshipping may require additional charges. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping fees.
7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

If lost in transit, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
